If you've arrived from Elaine's blog, then you're on your way - if not, then hop back to Jak's blog and start from the beginning because you absolutely don't want to miss out on all the wonderfulness that this hop will have.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY GINGER!
Here's my card, just for you:
Image: Mo's Digital Pencil, Lacie with Ice Cream and Justin's Ice Cream, merged with Paint.net
Papers: Scenic Route and October Afternoon.
I was in a total quandry as to what image to use for this very special birthday card, and the choice wasn't made any easier by browing Mo's store because I just got side tracked looking at the images I haven't yet got and .... well, you know how it is - too much delicious choice!
So, I decided to go 'sweet' and chose these two little lovelies and their ice creams.
Now, this is a biiiiiig card - much larger than I originally intended but it just grew because, again, I couldn't choose between the DPs so decided to use both! But I'm really pleased with the result and hope, so much, that Ginger will be too.
Coloured up with my Copics, shaded with my Primas and glittered (just a little) with Glamour Dust, this gorgeous little pair are the very essence of a summer birthday treat, I think.
So, on with the hop and next is the amazingly talented Lori. And just so you don't get lost along the way, here's the hop list:
Jak Heath
Rosette Camilleri
Debbie Pamment
Liza Carruthers
Cheryl Rowley
Elaine Hughes
Lori Boyd
Peri (that's me!)
Michele Seward
Mina Hartley
When you get to Mina, she'll start you off on the Challenge Team hop, so don't miss out on this double delight.
Happy birthday hopping!
xx
