I don't know a lot about arthritis or your medical situation, but I beg you to look into massage, acupuncture and homeopathic remedies. I had (past tense!) fibromyalgia, chronic headaches, high blood pressure and recently went through gall bladder issues. I fired my MD, stopped the 6-8 meds they insisted I needed, and went back to the methods I mentioned above. Not only did I avoid gall bladder surgery, but no traces fibromyalgia (it's cold, raining and snowing today-6 months ago I would have been screaming in pain!)-bp is normal...the meds...were not helping and, in doing my own research, were exaxcerbating the symptoms I was taking them for! So please-at least give some deep thought and prayer to alternative methods! They do work and do no harm! Not something the drug companies can promise you!
